 The original plan for the site consisted of three separate buildings, but only one was ever built. The ski resort was closed from 2005-2010 and the electricity to the building was cut off causing flooding in the basements and black mold to set in. T
       
     
 The site reopened in 2011 and is currently being redeveloped into a full-fledged ski resort again. According to the new owners they are considering renovating the building, but the costs to save it would be “staggering”. If they opt to demolish it,

The original plan for the site consisted of three separate buildings, but only one was ever built. The ski resort was closed from 2005-2010 and the electricity to the building was cut off causing flooding in the basements and black mold to set in. The building was boarded up in 2009 due to vandalism and has sat empty ever since.

 The site reopened in 2011 and is currently being redeveloped into a full-fledged ski resort again. According to the new owners they are considering renovating the building, but the costs to save it would be “staggering”. If they opt to demolish it,

If they opt to demolish it, at minimum elements from the original lodge will be integrated into a new building.
